  • What is PETS GO?
    PETS GO is a pet game on Roblox where you roll the dice and can get any pet. It is a spin-off of the Pet Simulator series, made by BIG Games. PETS GO is now called PETS RNG on Roblox, and it is the same game.
  • When did PETS GO come out?
    PETS GO came out on Roblox on October 11, 2024. We announced it on September 28, 2024.
  • PETS GO won't load or the menus don't show. What can I do?
    Leave, close Roblox fully and join a new server. If it still will not load, check https://status.roblox.com for a Roblox outage. If the problem stays, fill in the bug report form in our Discord at https://discord.biggames.io.
  • How do I redeem a PETS GO merch code?
    Open the Exclusive Shop in PETS GO and use the merch redeem box. Redeeming works on a computer only, not on a phone or tablet. If a code does not work, contact Epic Drops at https://epicdrops.com/pages/dlc-help-desk or support@epicdrops.com.
  • I got scammed or lost pets in PETS GO. Can they be restored?
    No. Staff cannot restore, roll back or return pets or items, even after a scam or a stolen account. If someone scammed you, open a ticket in our Discord at https://discord.biggames.io with a video that shows their username, and staff can act on them.
