• I'm banned or I get error 267. How do I appeal?

  Error 267 means the game removed you, and most of the time it means your account is banned from Pet Simulator 99. To appeal, use the form at https://appeal.gg/biggames and be honest about what happened. Staff usually answer within 5 days, and if an appeal is denied you can send a new one 30 days later. Staff in Discord tickets cannot lift a ban, and when the form is closed for a while, check back later.
• I got scammed in a trade. Can I get my pets back?

  No. Staff cannot restore, roll back or return pets, items or diamonds, even after a scam. If someone scammed you, open a ticket in our Discord at https://discord.biggames.io with a video of the trade that shows their username, and staff can act on the scammer. Trades where you hand items over first and trust the other player cannot be moderated, so record your trades and never add items for a "video" or a "prank".
• My account was hacked. What do I do?

  First secure your account: change your Roblox password, turn on 2-Step Verification and contact Roblox Support at https://www.roblox.com/support. Then open a ticket in our Discord with the Roblox security emails and your login history, so staff can act on the accounts that took your items. Staff cannot restore items that were traded away. Most stolen accounts start with a link, a downloaded file or a shared login, so never open those or give out your password.
• How do I report an exploiter or cheater?

  Open a ticket in our Discord at https://discord.biggames.io and include a video of the cheating. The video must show your username and theirs, and it should be recent and unedited. Screenshots and chat messages are not enough for exploiting. Staff do not share what happens after a report.
• I didn't get my league, leaderboard or event reward. What do I do?

  Staff in Discord cannot see or give out rewards. Fill in the bug report form linked in our Discord at https://discord.biggames.io with your username, the event and what you expected to get. Those reports go straight to the developers.
• I bought something with Robux and didn't get it. What do I do?

  Leave and join a new server first, since some purchases show up after you rejoin. If it is still missing, fill in the bug report form in our Discord at https://discord.biggames.io with proof of purchase. BIG Games staff cannot refund Robux. Robux refunds go through Roblox Support at https://www.roblox.com/support.
• When do Pet Simulator 99 updates come out?

• Are there Pet Simulator 99 codes?

  Pet Simulator 99 has merch codes, which come with official BIG Games merch, and promo codes, which we share through campaigns with creators. You enter both in the Exclusive Shop, and each promo code works once per account after you have played for at least 5 minutes. Sites that promise free codes for pets or diamonds are not ours, so never type your password or download anything to get a code.
• How do I redeem a merch code?

  Open the Exclusive Shop in Pet Simulator 99, go to Official Merch, press Redeem and type the code. Redeeming works on a computer only, not on a phone or tablet. Each code works once, on one account. If a code does not work, contact Epic Drops at https://epicdrops.com/pages/dlc-help-desk or support@epicdrops.com.
• What are Huge, Titanic and Gargantuan pets, and how do I get them?

  Huge, Titanic and Gargantuan pets are the biggest and rarest pets in Pet Simulator 99, and Gargantuan pets are 3 times the size of Titanics. You can hatch Huges from eggs once you reach Rebirth 2. Huges, Titanics and Gargantuans also come from events, clan battles, leaderboards, the Season Pass and the Exclusive Shop, and each update post lists where that update's pets come from.
